Latino Economic Development Center | Growth Advisor
Financial analysis. Analyzed LEDC's business growth plan and provided quantitative and qualitative recommendations regarding its evaluation of opening a new Baltimore branch. I learnt that micro-loans are a hugely valuable financial product but there are sizable overhead costs involved with the business model.

WEConnect | Business Development and Strategy
As Project Manager, I led a market research project to assess world-wide market expansion opportunities. Created a business case in support of WEConnect's mission to greater increase women-owned businesses across multinational supply chains. As one of the first strategy consulting projects that I managed, I really enjoyed the design thinking and collaboration involved in building their marketing pitch for their Fortune 500 clients. I personally enjoyed pulling in the various macro-economic business case for supporting women-owned businesses and their integration in global supply chains.

Institute of Corporate Responsibility | Researcher
Research emerging markets business responsibility topics including fair trade practices in the garment industry and chocolate industries. Draft research memos to further the mission of the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and to provide advice to critical stakeholders on issues around Corporate Social Responsibility. Awarded the Outstanding Graduate Student Award for my work at the Institute.

Provided consulting expertise to refine a six year growth plan and cost projection. Incorporated the model organization structure and office locations in alignment with strategic vision. Designed dashboards to assess organizational staffing ratios and growth projections across various regional offices.
